Earthwaking is a 508(c)(1)(a) ministry. That means we are not a business, not a public corporation, and not subject to regulatory agencies of the government. We serve as a faith-based spiritual ministry offering teaching, mentorship, and transformational guidance.
Participation in our ministry is by private invitation and consent. You are not a consumer—we recognize you as a fellow steward on a sacred journey.
We do not offer “services for hire.” What we provide—through courses, coaching, Zoom calls, or content—is offered in the spirit of spiritual education, Kingdom mentorship, and covenantal exchange.
By engaging with us, you acknowledge that:
• You are voluntarily entering into a private, ecclesiastical relationship
• You are choosing to step out of commercial jurisdiction and into Divine alignment
• You agree to relate in good faith, in honor, and with spiritual integrity
While we may suggest exchange amounts for different levels of mentorship or access, these are not payments for goods or services under commercial law.
We trust each steward to give from their own alignment, with joy and without coercion.
All content shared through our website, teachings, courses, and programs—including written materials, videos, frameworks, and downloadable tools—is considered the spiritual property of this ministry.
You may use this material for personal growth and discipleship, but you may not copy, distribute, monetize, or claim ownership of any part of it without written permission.
All that we share is meant to multiply Kingdom impact, not be repurposed for commercial gain.
Whether participating in mastermind calls, online communities, or retreats, we expect all stewards to embody Kingdom values. This includes:
• Respecting the confidentiality of others
• Refraining from gossip, slander, or sales solicitation
• Operating in love, humility, and integrity
• Contributing to the collective elevation of the group
We reserve the right to revoke participation at any time if conduct violates the spiritual integrity of the space.
Some of our group calls, workshops, and events may be recorded to serve others in the ministry.
By participating, you consent to being recorded unless otherwise stated in writing. We will never use your image or testimony outside this private ministry context without explicit permission.

11 years ago, I had a vision.
Two trains were running side by side.
People were jumping back and forth between them - trying things on, delaying the decision.
But I saw a moment coming where the trains would split…
and once they did, there would be no crossing between them.
I didn’t question it. I declared it.
For 11 years, I’ve been saying the same thing:
A separation is coming.

Six months ago, something shifted.
I began saying: “Soon, people in that world won’t be able to see me anymore.”
This is that time.

The trains have split.
One is built on fear, consumption, hatred, resentment, judgment and self.
The other is built on love, surrender, and Jesus as King.
And now, each person is living from the train they chose.

Earthwaking was created in the in-between.
It was a bridge - to help people see, wake up, and move toward truth.
But that season is over.
You don’t keep building a bridge after the crossing is complete.
So we are dissolving Earthwaking as a pathway between worlds.
Not because it failed - but because it completed it’s mission.

No more moving back and forth.
No more using what we built as a way to stay undecided.

You are either fully given to Jesus… or you are not.
