Hi, I am Kirk,
the creator of Contribution Selling™ and Contribution Leadership™, and over the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring and coaching thousands of sales teams, leaders, and professionals in sales and leadership.
My journey started in the late ‘80s in the competitive world of copier sales, where I founded my own business and achieved an impressive 90% close rate. After selling that business, I transitioned into medical sales, where I trained and developed an award-winning team that outperformed their predecessors by leaps and bounds. Driven by my passion for performance coaching and mentorship, I developed my the Mess To Message (MTM) and the Visionary Leadership Program (VLP) to help leaders and sales teams not only achieve results but create lasting, transformational relationships with clients.
Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand the power of these models in helping people lead with purpose, deliver meaningful value, and inspire their clients to keep coming back for more. I believe that true success in sales and leadership isn’t just about closing deals or hitting targets—it’s about being a contribution.
